Position: Attorney Firm: Solano Immigration Law Firm Type: Full Time Position Overview The Attorney will provide expert legal counsel to clients on immigration matters, representing them in legal proceedings and ensuring the highest standards of advocacy. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and petitions.
  • Provide legal consultations and strategy sessions.
  • Supervise legal assistants and paralegals in case preparation.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in client representation.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Experience in immigration law preferred.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
