Position: Legal Intaker Firm: Solano Immigration Law Firm Type: Full Time Position Overview The Legal Intaker is the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for gathering essential information and securing a consultation to determine case eligibility. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless client intake experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility.
  • Conduct intake calls, gather necessary documentation, and enter data into the CRM system.
  • Maintain a welcoming and client-friendly tone during all interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule consultations with attorneys.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
