We Are Here For You – Corona Virus Update
We help immigrants build a better future and that includes ways to keep the immigrant community safe and informed during the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. All our offices are open for business and we are hard at work on your cases, as usual. I want to assure you that the Solano Law Firm is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team members, their families, our clients, and our community.
Our Team
Safety is our primary concern. We have put protocols in place to ensure continued service to our clients. Our attorneys and support staff remain available to serve you whether they are in the office or teleworking. At this time, our offices remain open and we have no one under quarantine or who presents with the virus. However, for the health and safety of our team and our clients, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, we plan to avoid in-person meetings whenever possible. If closing our physical offices becomes necessary, we are prepared to immediately shift to fully remote operations and remain available by phone, email, and video.
Our Mission
Our mission will continue, simply carried out in a different way. In accordance with public health guidance, we are postponing in-person events until further notice. During closures and shutdowns related to the Coronavirus, we are continuing to work with current clients and accepting new clients. We offer virtual representation so that you don’t have to come to us in person.
Our Clients
To keep you off the roads and safe from viral spread, as well as to protect our staff and their families, we are offering virtual meetings via a very easy video option that only requires a cell phone. We have planned and prepared to continue helping immigrant families with minimal disruption to you. In fact, in many ways this will be better for you! No time traveling to and from work, no driving without a license, and the safety of staying in your environment.
The Immigration Courts are only working on detained cases. US Citizenship and Immigration Service cancelled all appointments but they continue processing cases. If you are affected by this, our team will make sure to let you know.
New Clients
During closures and shutdowns related to the Coronavirus, we are accepting new clients who need our help. Our attorneys are all bilingual in English and Spanish and work with individuals, families, and companies throughout the United States. You can call us at (404) 975-1241.
Our goal is to protect our team, their families, and our clients against the spread of this virus, while continuing to provide a high level of service to our clients. If you need assistance with something please ask us, we will do everything we can to help. you.
Sincerely,
Zaira Solano
