Hector works with our new clients as the lead for our consultations. He is the individual you will meet with during the consultation process. The main point of this consultation process if for Hector to learn more about your goals and help solve your immigration problems. Being a Spanish and English-speaking immigrant himself, Hector understands the hardships of the immigration experience while living the American Dream, and he wants to help you achieve your dreams!
Hector was born and raised in the State of Mexico. He studied law at the Instituto Technologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). While at ITAM, Hector worked for the Mexican Financial Intelligence Unit (MFIU) on matters related to money laundering and terrorism financing. He was subsequently offered an opportunity to work for the Consulate General of Mexico in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a Consular Officer in the Protection Department, Hector had the opportunity to work firsthand with the Mexican community under the Consulate’s tristate jurisdiction of Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. While working at the Consulate, Hector met Catherine, who later became his wife. The Espinosas decided to stay in Atlanta, and Hector switched career paths, working in marketing and sales first for Fitness International, LLC., and later for a growing local optometrist’s office and storefront.
Hector has lives in Atlanta since 2010. When Hector isn’t at work, he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and having long video calls with his family, all of whom are in Mexico. He also enjoys exploring Atlanta, looking for new Mexican restaurants to try (especially ones that serve chapulines).
