Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review USCIS and immigration-related forms.
- Gather client information and ensure completeness of applications.
- Work closely with attorneys and legal assistants to finalize filings.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration forms and filing requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience with immigration case preparation and filing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in legal software like LollyLaw and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
