Juan F. Davalos, II
Juan was raised in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Mexican and Cuban immigrants. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Miami University of Ohio. While at Miami University, Juan worked firsthand with the Hispanic community as an after-school tutor for underprivileged Hispanic children. Witnessing the hardships these children and their parents faced inspired Juan to attend law school, and serve the Hispanic community as an attorney. Juan graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2016.
Juan had the privilege of working for various immigration firms and non-profits while attending Emory University School of Law. These experiences gave Juan exposure to nearly all aspects of immigration law. As an attorney at the Solano Law Firm, Juan handles all types of removal defense as well as family-based visa petitions and U visa applications.
Juan has lived in Atlanta since 2013. When not hard at work, Juan enjoys going to the movies and spending time with his fiancé, Alaina, and going on walks with his two dogs, Moose and Cordie. Juan is also an avid world traveler and enjoys learning more about the different cultures that make up our global community.
