Free Representation Award for Eligible T-Visa Applicants

What Happens Next

After you submit this form, our team will review your answers. If you meet the basic eligibility, we will invite you to a private screening call with our legal team. That call is required to determine if you qualify for our free award and legal representation. I understand I must complete a screening call to be considered.

Eligibility Overview

We will check whether you have experienced one of the situations below and whether you meet the legal requirements under U.S. immigration law.

1. Sex Trafficking: Being forced, coerced, threatened, or deceived into performing commercial sex acts.
2. Labor Trafficking: Being forced, coerced, threatened, or deceived into labor or services, and unable to leave freely.
3. Domestic Servitude: Being forced to provide domestic labor or services in private homes.
4. Debt Bondage: Being required to work to repay a debt under unfair terms.
5. Involuntary Servitude: Being held in service through threats, abuse, or legal coercion.

If you did not experience one of these situations, you may not qualify for a T-Visa.

Applications must be submitted by December 1, 2025. One selected applicant will be contacted for pro bono help with their T-Visa in December 2025.
